uPVC Box Sash Window in Cream, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Victorian Sliders’.

We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but it’s modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.

Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Small chip externally to the top of the frame which could be easily touched up or repainted.
• Both internal knobs are corroded slightly (see photos) but these can be replaced online for a small expense.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• This window does not require keys and can be locked shut from the inside by using the handle. Replacement handles complete with keys can be purchased online for a low expense.

Opening

• Mechanism operates via springs.
• Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt inwardly.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally (inside the glazing) and also externally, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Cream, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
