• • Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
  • Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
  • Screw holes on top of frame internally where blinds were previously.
  • The glass externally is held in at the top and bottom with mastic it seems, but this this can be covered with trim when installed. We are not sure why this is.
  • See last photos for defects, all defects are only cosmetic.
  • Brand new sill end caps are included with this item.

Security

• 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
