Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost considerably more if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, the rain sill is weathered please see last photos. This can be stripped and repainted.
• The leaded Georgian bars are loose in 2 places these can be reattached.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main locks would need to be changed as there is no key for either lock.
• Internal letter box cover missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 3 point ‘Eurospec’ locking system making it very secure.
• Main locks would need to be changed as there is no key for either lock.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Black and internally is Varnished.
• Has matching Solid Brass coloured furniture.
