Wooden Hardwood Front Door with Rose coloured leaded design.

Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Not sure on the age of this door, but it has a 1930s style to it.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Not bowed or rotted at all.
Some sections of the lead are missing from the external side of the window – a glazier may be able to replace this if desired- see photo 4.
Holes on the internal side from previously installed lock and alarm system – these could be easily filled and touched up.
There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Main locks would need to be changed as there is no key for either lock.

Security

Multipoint point ‘Yale’ & ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

Glazing is single glazed, clear, leaded and stained with an ornate rose design.

Colour

The colour externally is Grey and internally is White.
The colour of the handle is Black and the hinges are Solid Brass.
