Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Bottom of the window is rotted (see shaded portion on the last photo). Rot is about 26.5cm length and 9.5 cm wide. However, this can easily be treated and fixed by a competent carpenter.
• Small crack internally, two screw holes, light marks, and few dents on the window in places (see photo), but these can also be fixed easily and touched up.
• Two holes internally (see photo),from previous installation. This will be hidden after installation.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.

Opening

• Both windows slide up and down.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
