We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. -You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

1930s Antique Hardwood Green Front Door
1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Timber Front Door.
Condition
- Great condition for the age.
- Not bowed at all.
- One glass pane has a slight crack and one hinge needs replacing and no letter box.
- The bottom underneath of the door has slightly rotted (see photos) – this is fairly minor as the rot only reaches around half an inch deep into the wood.
Security
- Multipoint point ‘Yale’ & ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key for the old lock.
- Latch Yale lock will require a new barrel as there is no key, however there is a key for the main lock.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Glazing
- Glazing is original single glazed.
Colour
- The colour externally is Green and internally is Cream.
- The handle is Black and the hinges are Solid Brass.
