Returns

Green doors and windows ltd understands that on occasions customers change their building plans or realise after delivery that a product would no longer be suitable for their project.

We offer a 60-day return policy for such items, provided that they are returned in the same condition as delivered and a full refund minus delivery and collection costs.
After 60 days we reserve the right to decline a refund for an item that the customer has decided they no longer require.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for any new glazing that you have agreed for us to purchase on your behalf from a Glazing company. This is to ensure that we are not left with unusable glazing units (as the next customer may require a different type or style of glazing than the one purchased for you). You would have been informed of this prior to the glazing order being placed.

We will always endeavor to help our customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and we will adhere to your Rights in respect to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
