Wooden Front Door in White, bespoke made by a joinery company to a high standard.
This is designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper door can do after just a couple of years. Its also power coated which protects the wood and requires no maintenance.
Would cost around £3,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Light chips and marks in places (see photos), but these can easily be touched up. Overall, the item is in excellent condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Locking strip, handles and barrel are missing, but your installer will be able to purchase and fit these.
Security
- There are no barrel, locking strip or handles that come with the item. But a suitable locking system can be purchased online and easily be installed by a qualified door fitter or locksmith.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, frosted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges is Chrome.
