Outside your budget?
The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Chips in places some of these can be covered by trim for a low expense.
- Residue mastic around the internal top part of the frame this can be removed with a scrapper and a good clean.
- One of the beading has left over glue residue from previous installation this can be changed for a low expense.
- Internal gasket has frayed in places this can be bought online and changed please see last photos. All defects are cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the door.
- Chips to the paint on some of the hinges – these can be touched up.
- Film peeling off a beading strip this can be touched up.
Security
- 7 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Carl F’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 50.5cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 139.5cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 190cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
