We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- The paint is chipped/worn in various places on both sides. This could be easily touched up or repainted.
- The paint on the exterior handle is weathered and chipped. This could also be repainted, and is purely cosmetic so has not effected the operation of the handle in any way.
- There is a small chip to the wood on either side (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up.
- A small amount of residual paint is on the interior side of the glazing which could be easily removed with a solvent cleaner.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main locks would need to be changed as there is no keys.
Security
- Multipoint point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Glazing
- Glass is single glazed and frosted with a traditional decorative pattern.
Colour
- The colour externally is Grey and internally is White.
- The hinges are Chrome, and the handle is painted Grey.
