Aluminium Bi-folding Doors in Black. Bespoke made to a high standard.
Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Marks and a small dent (see photos) around the edges of the frame from the previous installation, which would be hidden by trim when the doors are installed again.
- Some scratches on the internal side (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
- Paint chips on both sides of the doors, the sill, and the beading. These could also be easily touched up.
- Scratches on the inside of the track which are caused by operating the doors. These are purely cosmetic and do not effect the operation or integrity of the doors in any way.
- An additional bolt lock was installed by the previous owner due to the handle lock box being broken we have now replaced this. This could be removed if desired, but would leave screw holes which could be easily filled.
- Sill End Caps missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 4 point locking system (top/bottom shoot bolts), making it very secure.
- These doors are keyless, and can be locked shut by turning the internal handles only.
- There are no external handles which provides additional security.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- There is no main traffic door, the doors open in twos from the left when viewing from the outside.
- When fully open, all 4 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
