The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Composite Black Back Door

High quality Composite Back Door, bespoke made by a professional joinery company.
Produced on the 27/01/2020 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security system & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.
Please note Set B – This door is slightly out of line with the frame and will need to be adjusted when installed. It has been part installed and removed. We would take off £50 of the price of this door due to it needing to be adjusted. Door B also has a scuffed hinge at the top internally – this can be touched up in white.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Comes complete with door handles, sill, and sill end caps.
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2/3 ‘ISEO’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
Colour
- The colour externally is wood-grain Black and internally is wood-grain White, with a White frame on both sides.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
- Comes with a White coloured sill.
