We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

The wooden frame measurements are Width: 460.5 cm Height : 227.5cm Depth: 9.5cm.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Defects
- There is condensation occurring inside one of the double glazed units – we can order a replacement panes for £150 total including VAT. Glass will be toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency, and will pass building regulations.
Security
- 4 point ‘Monarch’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Union’ key.
Opening
- Doors open from the middle and the main traffic door slides to the left, the secondary door slides right when viewing from the outside. Sidelights are fixed and do not move.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
