Outside your budget?
The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Two Allen keys are provided for adjusting the hinges if needed.
Security
- High quality 9 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a ‘Yale Lockmaster’ Strand Anti-panic Exit Device (Panic Bar) installed internally.
- There are no keys with this door as they are key-less and can only be locked/unlocked using the Panic Bar.
- In an emergency, the Panic Bar enables anybody on the inside to press the bar and unlock the door, whether or not it is locked.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- There are no exterior handles, which is a security feature and can only be opened from the inside.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £150 total including VAT.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.
- If you want to order yourself, the units required are:
- Width: 72.6cm, Height: 113.1cm x1 pane (checked LH)
- Width: 72.6cm, Height: 68.8cm x1 pane (checked LH)
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the Panic Bar is Green and the colour of the Hinges is White.
