The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Wooden (Pine) Front Door in Grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Timber Windows’.
Would cost around £3,500 if you were to order new direct (complete with frame).
The door thickness is 6 cm compared to the standard factory 4.4 cm.
Please note: There is no frame for this ‘Timber Windows’ door. On occasions we have had customers purchasing and struggling to make up a suitable frame; this is due to the lip around the edge of the door it’s self (see photos), so please make sure you have a competent carpenter to hand.
We do have some of these doors complete with frames, so if you require photos of how they are manufactured please contact us.
‘Timber Windows’ produce award winning doors & windows, designed with Multi layer engineered hardwood or timber sections, to resist warping and twisting.The paint application involves factory applied micro-porous coatings, using a three coat paint (or stain system if varnished). Enhanced thermally insulating glass, creating glazing units almost twice as effective as ordinary double glazing.Their door & window sets incorporate a host of technical innovations for absolute peace of mind guaranteed for decades.
Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Odd faint/ light marks / paint chips in places, but nothing exactly noticeable – can easily be touched up.
- Two holes in place of previous Door Knocker – can be hidden with a suitable furniture which can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.
- There is slight bubbling/water-damage beneath the external letterbox (see photos) which is purely cosmetic. A competent fitter would be able to seal this defect on installation to prevent any further water ingress, so the bubbling cannot expand in size.
Missing Parts
- Locking Plates and Hinges are missing, however, these can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Eurospec’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016).
- The colour of the Escutcheons is Chrome.

🌍 Purchasing pre-loved and surplus items reduces the demand for new products, thereby decreasing carbon emissions and the use of raw materials. Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
