The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There are screw holes in the top corners of the door and side light (see photos).
- The threshold has some light cosmetic marks and the gasket on the threshold is slightly frayed (see photos) – new gasket can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.
Security
- 7 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- The sidelight / window on its own is: 108.9cm in width and can be removed if required.
- Just the frame width is 100cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
