We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Screw holes from previous door bell can be replaced with a new door bell covering up the old holes.
- Residue adhesive around the side of the frame can be removed with solvent and a scrapper.
- A small cut down the right side of the external frame can be covered by trim for a low expense.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 4 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing.
- Has leaded beveled pattern design externally on the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Gold.
