The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

1930s Original Antique/Vintage Wooden Pine Front Door in Yellow.
Has Traditional Chrome Knocker, Letter Box, and Door Knob installed externally.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light cosmetic paint chips and dents in places, but are normal with older wooden doors, nothing a sanding down and repainting wouldn’t cover.
- Had a chip on the bottom of the door previously, however it has already been filled and touched up (see last photo).
- Dry rot bottom of the door (see last photo). Rot is about 1 inch wide and 1 inch high. However, this can easily be treated and fixed by a competent carpenter.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Missing hinges, however this can be purchased online at a low expense, and are easy to fit.
Security
- Multi-point ‘Chubb’ and ‘Yale’ locks would need to be replaced, as there are no keys for either lock.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Yellow and internally is Matt Black. However this can easily be stripped down and repainted in your choice of colour.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
