The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Pine, Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed at all.
- Signs of light rot on the bottom of the door which is around 5mm deep from the edge (see photo), however this could be treated by a competent carpenter.
- There is chipping in the paint (see photos), this door could benefit from being stripped and repainted.
- There are screw hole for previously installed door numbers, however these could easily be filled.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- The top Chubb lock has no key and will need replacing. These can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security (in the top corner).
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key (For bottom lock).
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, distorted, stained glass.
- Has leaded pattern design with each pane individually glazed, giving a high quality appearance and making any easier to replace if broken.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
