We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The external side of the letter box has started bubbling, however replacements can be purchased online and are easy to fit.
- The external side has faded due to weathering, however, this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the integrity of the door. This door could be repainted if desired.
Missing Parts
One hinge cap cover is missing, however these can be purchased online.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm /28mm double glazed, distorted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
