-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

This item was originally intended to be used as a Casement window, however it could be repurposed as a Fixed Window by removing the hardware.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Hinges are missing (see photo), but new hinge available online and is easy to fix.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is original single glazed, distorted.
Colour
- The colour externally is Green and internally is Cream.
