Aluminium ‘ALUK GT55’ Thermal Commercial Door in Black.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order direct.
These are commercial doors which are perfect for businesses/ shop front as they allow access back ways.
These doors come with a panel, however this may need to be cut down on installation.
You can replace this panel with double glazed glass. We can order this for a total cost of £95 total including VAT.
These doors are fitted with an electric mechanism so they can be opened with a key fob, however they are not supplied with one. You can just use the door as normal if required, you do not have to use the electric mechanism.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- The height of this door is 208cm, not 209cm as in the measurements.
Security
- 1 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
