The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Would cost around £6000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Laminated (High performance safety glass which increases the price).
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Missing some of the beading but this is on order and will be with us shortly.
- The drain covers are missing (see photos), however these are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens on the right.
- When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
- Doors are top hung and bottom rolling.
- Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles & hinges are Black.

🌍 Purchasing pre-loved and surplus items reduces the demand for new products, thereby decreasing carbon emissions and the use of raw materials. Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
