We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

This invoice was also 18 months ago before all the high price increases, so you would be looking at around £5,000 today.
The door thickness is 5.7cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Two small paint chips, but these can easily be touched up- see last photos.
Security
- 3 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is clear double/ triple glazed 6.4mm, Laminated, Titanium Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Stunning Sunburst Decorative glass pattern.
Colour
- Professionally power coated externally and internally in Green, with a white colour frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges is Silver.
