The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- The glazing is loose in the sidelights (see photos). A competent fitter would be able to rectify this on installation.
- Small screw hole in the external side of the frame (see photos). This could be easily filled.
- Light marks around the frame (see photos) which could be covered with trim when installed.
Security
- 5 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 51cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 136.7cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 187.7cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
