The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There is a slight scratch by the handle on the external side, however this is only cosmetic dose not affect the doors.
- The gasket at the bottom of the frame has split, however , new gasket could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
- A cosmetic hinge cap covers and a trickle vent is missing however replacements can be purchased online (holes would be covered once trickle vent is installed).
Security
- 7 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 205.5cm.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 42cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 129.5cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 171.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
