Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Screw hole and a slight split in one corner (see photos) which could be filled and touched up.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Could be modified if you require the door to open the other way (holes would need to be filled).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Grey.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the hinges are solid brass.
