Outside your budget?
The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Wooden Hardwood, French Doors in Black.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed at all.
- The bottom section of one door has previously seen some rot, which was repaired by replacing the panel and adding filler (see photos). This panel is slightly loose and may need to be replaced or repaired by a competent carpenter. A section of beading was also previously replaced for the same reason (see photos).
- There are other instances of rot in a few locations (see photos) which has dried, and could be repaired or replaced by a competent carpenter.
- There are cosmetic scratches and chips to the wood on the external side (see photos) which could be filled and touched up/repainted.
- There is a crack by the bottom hinge which may have also been caused by previous rot (See photos), however this could also be repaired by a competent carpenter.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- One point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is Black and internally is Grey.
- The hinges and handles are Solid Brass.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
