The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Wooden Hardwood ‘Solid Oak’ (not veneer) French Doors, bespoke made to a very high standard.
Would cost around £6,000 if you were to get bespoke made by a professional joinery company today.
Condition
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Varnish is peeling in places externally, so could benefit from being sanded and re-varnished.
- There is condensation in three of the glass panes, however new panes have been ordered and will come with the doors. They will need to be installed by your carpenter.
- No keys.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 39.5cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 148.5cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 188cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- Externally and internally Varnished so the original woodgrain shows, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.

📞 Additionally, we provide support for any installation questions or issues for up to a year, provided the item is installed by a FENSA-approved fitter and you can supply the fitter’s invoice and contact details.
🌍 Purchasing pre-loved and surplus items reduces the demand for new products, thereby decreasing carbon emissions and the use of raw materials. Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
