uPVC box sash window in White, made to a high quality by a professional joinery company.
Would cost around £1000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.
Condition
Brand new, never installed.
Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
Operating / Style
Both windows slide up/down and can tilt inwardly (see photos) – they are operated via springs.
Security
Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 keys.
Glazing
Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Has Georgian Bars on the top pane internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace the unit.
