The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

High quality Wooden Tilt & Turn ‘Hardwood’ patio/ sliding doors.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard. Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 5.4cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
-Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
-Great condition both sides.
-Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts / Defects
Has ever so slightly come apart on the joint in the middle of the frame. You could just put some glue down here/ a piece of wood each side to cover- see second from last photo.
Small patch of dry rot in the bottom corner of the frame, could easily be filled and painted- see last photo.
Wooden Beading for fixed glass is missing. You can purchase wooden beading from most hard-wear stores and it just nails into the wood.
Colour
Externally painted brown, internally has only been varnished, so the original woodgrain still shows. Has a matching frame either side.
Has matching coloured furniture.
Operating / Style
These are Tilt & Turn doors, so the main traffic door which is on the right, pulls inwards and sides to thew left, when viewing from the outside- see photos. The right pane is fixed and does not move.
No external handles, so can only be operated from the inside. This offers better security and gives a more flush look externally.
Security
Multipoint ‘GU’ locking system making it secure.
There is no main lock only a handle on the inside to lock the doors.
Glazing
Glazing is 18mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
