We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
-Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
-There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Missing parts:
Door Knocker, Sill End Caps and Rain sill can be bought for a low price missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense- all only cosmetic and do not affect the door at all.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is Matt White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.
Has matching coloured furniture.
Sidelight / Window
Each sidelight is 49.5cm in width.
If using none of the sidelights, leaving just the frame the width will be 89.9cm.
Operating / Style
The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Security
High quality 5 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a high security Anti-Snap barrel with 3 keys.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing. If you required clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Diamond pattern
Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
