Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
There is a small crack in the sill.

There are a few chips in the frame.

The window has come away slightly from the frame when closed but with some adjusting can be fixed into place.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Matt White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Glazing

Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, these cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
