High quality Aluminium bi-folding doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by  ‘Fold N Slide’.

Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order new direct.

Condition

-Pre-owned and has been previously installed

-Excellent condition both sides, with just the odd light faint mark in places.

-There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

-Small scratch on bottom track and some slight discolouration to the rubber gasket, however it is not brittle at all- see last photos.

Colour

-Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.

-Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

-Has White hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

-Externally opening & stacking doors.
-When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Left; when fully open all 3 doors stacks to the right.
-Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support.

-Doors have a low threshold that can be sunk into the floor. This gives a flush finish, so you have nothing to step over. If sinking the bottom track, then subtract 4.3cm off the listed height. See last photos for an example of this.

Security

-High quality 5 point ‘GU’ locking system (including top/bottom corners) making it very secure.
-Has had a new barrel fitted and comes complete with 3 keys.

Glazing

-Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency

-Slight tint to the glazing, this keeps in heat and is more energy efficient.

-There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
