The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Please note: one side of one of the panes of glass is broken and we do not know who was the manufacture. So either you would need to try and match with another blind company or just replace all the glass panes altogether.
We can order new glass (without the blinds), for a total cost of £445.95 total including VAT. See bottom of the listing for specification.

Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Only installed for 12 months and removed due to an extension, so are in excellent/ near mint condition and have had little use.
However, small scuff on the black hinge which can be touched up with a RAL 9005 touch up pen.
Missing:
One pane of glass has broken one side. We have kept the glazing and blind mechanism so you could try to match it up or you may even be able to just fit a new side of glass. It comes complete with the magnets on the side.
Colour
Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Green, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
Has Black hinges with Chrome handles.
Operating/Style
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Left; when fully open all 3 doors stacks to the right.
Doors are bottom rolling.
Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Security
5 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 4 keys.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
The glass has blinds inside the glass and comes with magnets to operate
We can order new glazing for £445 total including VAT for all 3 panes. This would be of the highest quality: 28mm, Argon Gas filled, Toughened, low e, Pilkington KS energy, with a U Value of 1.2 or less.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
