Condition

-Brand new, never installed.
-Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

-Sill end caps missing, however are only cosmetic and can be purchased from your local supplier.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Security

6 point ‘Trojan’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.

Glazing

There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £350.00 total inc VAT.

Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass building regulations
