Condition
Brand new, never installed.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
No Sill end caps, but this is only cosmetic.
Colour
Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
Has Silver hinges with White handles.

Security
Multipoint ‘Trojan’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 keys.
Glazing
There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of approximately £170.00 total inc VAT per window.
Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
