The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Wooden Front Door in Navy Blue, bespoke made to the highest standard by award-winning ‘Timber Windows’.
Would cost around £3,500 if you were to order bespoke direct (when complete with frame).
The door thickness is 5.7cm, compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Please note: There is no frame for this ‘Timber Windows’ door.
On occasions we have had customers purchasing and struggling to make up a suitable frame; this is due to the lip around the edge of the door it’s self (see photos), so please make sure you have a competent carpenter to hand. We do have some of these doors complete with frames, so if you require photos of how they are manufactured please contact us.
Condition
Ex-Display, was installed in a showroom for only 6-12 months.
Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
Not bowed or rotted at all.
The finish is cracked slightly in two locations on the external side, which has resulted in a small bubble (see photos) – a competent fitter would be able to seal and touch up these cracks to prevent any water egress. These panels can also be replaced by a competent carpenter.
There is a small cosmetic chip on the lower external side (see photos) which could also be easily touched up.
The Solid Brass letterbox is slightly weathered, which is purely cosmetic and could be easily rectified by using Brasso or a similar metal polish if desired.
Missing Parts
There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Hinges, Escutcheon Plates, Knocker, and Spy-Hole are missing. These can all be purchased online for a small expense and are easy to fit.
Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key with this item.
Opening
Opens inwards to the Left, when viewing from the outside.
Security
5 point locking system by ‘FUHR’, making it very secure.
Glazing
Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Frosted, toughened with a Grey warm-edge spacer bar, Low-E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
The colour externally is Navy Blue and internally is White.
