Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
The sill has been slightly cut on one side, but the total length remaining would be enough if trimmed off. Otherwise you can get a replacement at a very low cost.

The magnets that hold the door open are missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense from Ebay or IronMongeryDirect.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Right; when fully open all 5 doors stacks to the left.
Doors are bottom rolling for improved stability.
Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement however magnets are missing.

Security

3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
