Excellent Quality UPVC / PVCU French doors with Sidelights. (Optional)
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would Cost £2,750 if ordered directly.
One or both Sidelights can be removed if not needed.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Hinge Covers missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is Brown Golden oak, with a matching frame either side.
Has Brown hinges with Solid brass handles.
Sidelight / Window
Each sidelight is 64.3cm in width.
If using none of the sidelights, leaving just the frame the width will be 151.2cm.
Operating / Style
Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Left.
Security
7 point locking system making it very secure.
Has new barrels and comes complete with 6 keys.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Has leaded pattern design externally on the glazing. If you required clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
