Outside your budget?
The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Wooden Timber French Doors, made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts/Defects
There is paint wear to the external side how ever this can be sanded down and repainted.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
Vents missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
Sidelight / Window
There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 58.6cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 127.8cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 186.4cm.
Glazing
Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is condensation inside one of the main door panes this can replaced for £85 inc VAT or we can replace all the glass to clear at a cost.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is Brown (rosewood) , with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is gold and the hinges is solid-brass.
