Wooden Hardwood French Doors, made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Please note this item comes with 2 windows each window is 62.4cm which would add 124.8cm if you wish to keep the windows to the overall width.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
Not bowed at all.
Missing Parts/Defects
Chips and cracks on the sill, bottom lip on door
Beading batons are damaged and some will need to be replaced.
Under each door there is a small area on the rain sill which has rot.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
There is a lip around the edge of the door which falls into the frame, so can only operate as mentioned above. The measurements taken are of the widest part of the door.
Glazing
Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
The colour externally is painted matt Green (Sage) (which could be stripped down if you wanted the original woodgrain showing) and internally is varnished, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is black and the colour of the hinges is gold.
