High quality uPVC / PVCu French Doors with sidelights. (Optional)
Would cost around £2,500 if ordered directly.
One or both Sidelights can be removed if not needed, but will ship when ordered.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Two small cracks on of the beading. A split in the plastic trim on one of the width extenders. Both of which can be easily replaced making this a great investment.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Security
8 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
Sidelight / Window
There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 39.4cm in width.
Just the frame width is 173.7cm.
The width with just one sidelight is 213.1cm.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
This item was missing 2 panes of glass which have since been replaced.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
