Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

The uPVC frame is broken on two places (see photos), however, these are only cosmetic and would not affect the operation of the product at all.

Rubber gasket seal on the bottom of the frame is slightly damaged on a place (see last photos), however, can be replaced at a low expense.

Security

8 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.

Comes with 6 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

Externally opening doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.

Although the door is presently not attached to the frame, all the necessary hinge pins are included, making installation by a skilled installer simple.

Sidelight / Window

The sidelight / window on its own is: 47.4cm in width and can be removed if required.

Just the frame width is 130cm.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

Has matching White furniture.
