The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

High quality Aluminium Casement Window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’ & comes complete with Venetian Blinds.
The window alone would cost over £2,000 to order new direct and then blinds £850, so this would nearly be £3,000 to order new direct.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.
Condition
As new, was part installed and removed with in a few weeks.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
Missing Parts/Defects
– There is a few slight scratches on the external vent (easily replaced, the vented add on can easily be removed as it is an extra to the window any way).
-Some light paint chips externally down the edge of each side of the window (these would mainly be hidden with trim when installed, so would not be seen).
-Some light marks externally on the bottom of one of the window sashes (yellow circle).
-All are only cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the window at all, could easily be hidden with touch up paint.

Security
The three bigger windows have a 6 point locking system and the smaller two have a 2 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.
Opening
Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
The colour externally is Pebble Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame externally and White internally.
Ral colour: 7032
The colour of the handles is Black.
