We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

2022 High quality Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by Everest.
To order these new direct with glazing would cost around £7,000. See photo 2 on the listing, for invoice of identical doors (just slightly different measurements). We are unable to offer the warranty stated on the invoice, but it shows how confident they are in these doors and how well they are produced.
German made and offers some of the latest security and energy efficiency rating on the market.
Comes without glazing, but we can order it in, (see below) with nothing else missing, ready to be installed.
Condition
Brand new, never installed.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
One small scratch on the internal side.

Security
5 point high quality ‘ERA’ locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.
Opening
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £495 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations.
