Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
Security
5 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
Externally opening doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 36cm in width.
The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 116.6cm.
If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 152.6cm.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
