Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts/Defects
-Paint has chipped of from both sides of the door.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
There is no frame for this item and therefore no locking plates, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
1 stud from the door is missing missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense
The Yale lock has no key and therefore will need to be changed.
Security
3 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key for the bottom lock.
Opening
The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
Glazing is thick single glazed, bevelled and distorted.
Colour
The colour externally is matt Green (Sage) and internally is Cream.
The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Gold.
