The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

2023 Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors in Agate Grey (RAL 7038), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Origin’.
Would cost around £10,000 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
Brand new, never installed.
Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Comes complete with all required rollers and handles (not pictured). Will also arrive with lock barrels and gasket (see photos).
Security
7 point locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Opening
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
When fully open, all 5 doors stack to the left and the 1 door stacks to the right.
Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
The bi-fold also incorporate a set of French doors so you don’t have to open all the doors at once.
Glazing
There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £1199.95 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations.
