The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

High quality Wooden Timber Front Door, made by Timber Windows.
Would cost around £3,500 if you were to order new direct with a frame.
The door thickness is 5.8cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
There is no frame for this “Timber Windows” door. On occasions we have had customers purchasing and struggling to make up a suitable frame. this is due to the lip around the edge of the door it’s self(see photos), so please make sure you have a competent carpenter to hand.
We do have some of these doors complete with frames, so if you require photos of how they are manufactured please contact us.
Condition
• Installed for 3 months and replaced under warranty due to slight water damage on one of the panels- this could be replaced- see last photo.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
-Few light marks- see photos.
-There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up.
-Handles, Hinges, locking plates, escutcheon missing, however these can be purchased online.
Security
• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 2 keys.
Opening
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Colour
• The colour externally and internally is Matt Green.
